FFIS Evidence
Wednesday 2nd September 2026
If you received funding through the Future Farming Investment Scheme (FFIS) 2025 and have not yet submitted your evidence, you must provide it by:
📅 11:59 pm on 30 September 2026
FFIS grants were paid in advance, so RPID must confirm that the approved investments have been completed, the expenditure is eligible and all grant conditions have been met.
⚠️ Your Basic Payment Scheme and other agricultural support payments will remain on hold until your FFIS evidence has been submitted, assessed and approved.
Your evidence must include:
✅ Supplier invoices clearly identifying each approved investment
✅ Proof of payment by the person or business named in the Offer of Grant
✅ Clear, geotagged photographs showing each investment installed and operational, including serial numbers where appropriate
✅ Cover pages for at least two Whole Farm Plan audits or plans
Whole Farm Plan evidence
If you claimed BPS in 2025, the audits or plans must:
correspond with those declared on your 2025 Single Application Form;
have been completed and valid by 15 May 2025; and
relate to your 2025 claim — do not submit documents prepared for your 2026 SAF.
If you did not claim BPS in 2025 but received another agricultural support payment for which Whole Farm Plan compliance was not required, the audits or plans must be completed before your FFIS evidence is submitted.
Incomplete, unclear or incorrect evidence will delay the assessment and the release of payments.
If you no longer intend to complete the approved investments, or have questions about the evidence required, email FFIS@gov.scot and include your business name, BRN and FFIS application ID.
